Yes. The free consultation is an important first step. It allows us to determine whether our services are a good fit for your child and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get to know Chattertots LLC before moving forward.

Is this approach a good fit for my family?

Every family is different. Some families benefit most from traditional speech therapy, while others thrive with a caregiver coaching model. Some require in-person, weekly therapy, while others do well with a flexible, virtual schedule. We’ll help determine the best fit during your free 15-minute consultation.

Virtual Parent Coaching

Parent coaching focuses on empowering parents and caregivers with practical strategies to use during everyday routines and play. These sessions are centered around you — helping you learn how to encourage communication naturally throughout the day. Coaching may include guidance on play skills, language-building techniques, routines, behavior around communication, and ways to create more opportunities for interaction at home.

Your child does not need to be present during parent coaching sessions, making this a flexible option for busy families who want support, education, and actionable strategies.

Virtual Speech Therapy

Virtual speech therapy sessions are direct therapy services provided for your child. Sessions are designed to target specific communication goals related to speech, language, social communication, or play. Therapy activities are individualized, interactive, and play-based, with parents often participating to support engagement and carryover.

Because this is direct intervention, your child is present during sessions and participates through virtual observation, interaction, and guided activities with the parent, facilitated by the therapist.

What ages do you work with?

Our services are typically designed for children under age 3. However, development varies, so we encourage you to reach out if you’re unsure whether your child is a good fit.

How frequently should we be seen?

We’re flexible! Coaching and therapy frequency depends on your family’s needs and goals. Between sessions, you’ll practice strategies at home so progress continues beyond our scheduled time. We have found the busy parents and caregivers need flexibility in scheduling and we are here to work with you!

Do you offer in-person services?

All sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing us to support families in many locations.

*Based on interest, in-person group classes may be offered for families in Central Ohio.

Do you accept insurance?

Chattertots LLC is a private-pay practice, which allows us to provide flexible, personalized coaching and therapy without insurance restrictions, long wait times, diagnosis mandates, or session limits.

How much are services?

Our 2026 fee structure is below:

Individual parent coaching:

• $100 per 45 minute session ($275 for package of three)

• $125 for 60 minute session ($325 for package of three)

Initial speech/language evaluation:

• $275 (approx 75-90 minutes)

Individual speech therapy:

• $150 per 50 min session

• $75 per 30 minute session

Group parenting classes

• pricing varies based on enrollment and class length

Do you offer support to preschools/daycare centers or community groups?

Chattertots partners with preschools, childcare providers, teachers, and community organizations to support communication development in natural learning environments, by helping adults confidently support language growth throughout the day. Sliding scale rates for the services below may be offered in limited availability based on need, program funding, and current openings)

Consultation fees:

• Teacher/preschool consultation - $125 for 60 minutes

• Classroom observation + recommendations - $150 for 60 minutes

• Parent/staff workshop - starting at $250

• Interactive story time/communication development event - $25 per 15 minutes
